Sara Evans and Husband Update

As an update to an earlier post:
Sara Evans and her husband Craig Schelske were in court yesterday and seemed to have called a truce. For now, anyway.

When she filed for divorce two weeks ago, his first move was to take out $274,000 from their joint checking account. He's unemployed, so why wouldn't he? Evans attorney has suggested that her soon-to-be ex needs to start looking for a job. You think? Yesterday, in court, he agreed to return half of it and they are working on setting up a visitation schedule for him to see their three kids. He also agreed to start looking for his own residence. That's quite sportin' of him.

MSN reports that "Evans and Schelske also agreed Thursday to attend counseling and not to talk to the news media, but the judge denied a motion to limit media coverage of the proceedings." Sounds like another Judge Ito in the making.
