30 Rock Star Gets DWI

Tracy Morgan, a star on NBC's 30 Rock was charged with a DWI, according to People magazine. The District Attorney told People that the actor was arrested today in New York City after being pulled over for "weaving back and forth, into the right and left lanes." Morgan also failed a Breathlyzer test.

What makes this news worse is that Morgan is "already on probation stemming from a Dec. 2 DUI arrest in Los Angeles last year, the Associated Press reports."
