They have consistently maintained that they are just friends, but I'm not buying it. Heather Locklear and David Spade keep getting photographed together! And that doesn't look like a "hanging out with a friend" shirt to me, Heather.

There were rumors that the two split up in September, but here they are again, dining at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles.
