Scott Foley is Engaged

Jennifer Garner's ex-husband, Scott Foley, is engaged to his girlfriend of three years, Marika Dominczyk, according to US Weekly. He and Garner (who is now married to Ben Affleck) divorced in 2003.

Foley currently stars in The Unit, but is more well-known from his role on Felicity. Dominczyk, who is an actress, has a recurring role on ABC's Brothers & Sisters. They met on the set of a sitcom called The Help.

Since they have been pretty low-profile, I give this one better odds than usual of succeeding. Well, that and the fact that he is more famous than her (unlike that ex-wife of his).
