Carrie Underwood Will Entertain the Troops

I did my part today by buying Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee to send to the troops (Starbucks sends it for you and gives you free coffee for buying it). Now Carrie Underwood is doing her part: she signed up to entertain the troops on her first United Service Organizations tour of the Persian Gulf. During the tour, she will meet troops and perform for them, according to Fox News.

"There are no details and no dates for safety and security reasons," publicist Jessie Schmidt of Nashville, Tenn., said Monday.

"They never release exactly where the tours are happening, or exactly when they're happening. All I can share is that it is sometime before too long from now. But I don't even know the exact locations that she's going in the Persian Gulf," Schmidt said.
