J-Lo's Ex is on a Tear!

E! Online has all the deets about J-Lo's current battle with her ex-husband, Ojani Noa. He had a tell-all book written about Jennifer Lopez that he agreed, pursuant to an injunction, not to release. Well, now he regrets that and says he wants to "fight this thing to the end."

The tell-all book allegedly includes information about "his and J.Lo's first sexual encounter and info about her allegedly unfaithful ways during the course of their 11-month union, including a supposed dalliance with a still-married Marc Anthony." I wonder when we will be able to pre-order it....

His excuse for saying he didn't agree not to release the book is that because he has limited English skills, he did not understand what was happening with his lawyer agreed to arbitration rather than a trial. Turns out hat Noa's lawyer isn't even licensed to practice law, so the judge is giving him time to get a lawyer who's actually a lawyer before the case moves forward.
