Ugly Betty's America Ferrara is engaged, according to TV Cocktail. Don't worry, the engagement didn't happen on Valentine's Day. Turns out they've been engaged for about a month. How dare they keep this from us! Her fiance is named Ryan Piers Williams and he is a film production coordinator for movies like Shrek 2, Good Night and Good Luck and Ocean's 13.
