Last week, the judge handed down a 45-day jail sentence for her, and not in a glamour slammer, she's heading for the county jail. Yesterday came word that she asked Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for a pardon? Are you kidding me?

And today, this picture from People magazine showing her behind the wheel, while she has a suspended license, which is one of the very reasons she's in trouble in the first place.
