Charlize Theron Gets Time Check

Actress Charlize Theron is being sued by Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil. Apparently they hired her and paid her "substantial funds" to wear only their watches exclusively from October 2005 to December 2006. The suit claims that she wore a Dior watch at a Dior press event in March last year.

The suit also claims that Charlize "appeared wearing a necklace in an advertisement benefiting an AIDS charity. Plaintiffs were led to believe and had a right to believe by their written agreement that (Theron) would not promote jewelry or watches."

She's not the first celeb to be sued for such a thing. Jessica Simpson was sued before for promoting the wrong brand of jeans. It ain't easy being a celebrity, is it?

Cojo's Fashion Awards

The Insider's Steven Cojocaru presented his first ever fashion awards. The trophy is a golden stiletto heel, of course. Cojo granted the honor of Best Dressed Actress to six hollywood starlets. I admire his courage to include Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston on the same list. Well played, Cojo! Here's what the man himself has to say about them:

ANGELINA JOLIE: "This has been a spectacular year for her with all that's gone on in her life but also fashion wise, she just looked incredible whatever she wore. The moment where the earth moved for me was when she stepped out on that red carpet at the 'Good Shepherd' premiere. That was absolutely an eclipse of stunning-ness!"

CHARLIZE THERON: "Every year she gets better and better like great Bordeaux. She's a cool beauty but she's so hot and steamy at the same time!"

JENNIFER ANISTON: "I've always thought she was amazing because less is more and if your style is minimalist, go with it. This year was the emancipation of Jennifer! She really sort of came out and there was something fiery about her, and she wore great, sexy clothes."

JENNIFER LOPEZ: "Jennifer Lopez has guts. She can do glamour better than anybody. It's just, 'Paw!' In your face! Her greatest moment this year was when she was at the Tom and Katie Wedding Tour and she went to one of the dinners and walked out in a one-shouldered, green MARCHESA. That was intoxicating! I actually died when I saw that!"

JADA PINKETT SMITH: "She's such a petite little thing but she dresses like she's seven feet tall. The clothes are just chic and tight and hot!"

KATE HUDSON: "No one tells Kate Hudson how to dress! I really like that she marches to her own drummer. She's so young but she's nailed it. I think she's really into her fashion rhythm. She's young, she's fresh but
