Katherine Heigl Signed On to Hawk Nautica

Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl is set to become the newest face of Nautica's first fragrance for women, in a deal recently announced by Coty.

"We are delighted to collaborate with Nautica and spokesmodel Katherine Heigl to introduce the new women’s fragrance," said Bernd Beetz, CEO of Coty Inc. "Katherine is beautiful, graceful and an inspiring actress who best personifies the values of the Nautica brand."

"I am thrilled to work with Coty and Nautica on this new fragrance campaign," said Heigl. "Partnering with these two highly successful companies makes this a very exciting and rewarding experience for me."

The fragrance is set to debut early next year.

How Does Gwen Stefani Smell?

Well, you might not find out the real answer to that question, but you can certainly find out how Gwen Stefani wants to smell when she launches her own perfume with Coty. E! Online reports that the fragrance will be marketed under Stefani's L.A.M.B. brand.

The plan is for the fragrances to be released in Fall 2007, but there are no names for the scents yet.

Here's what Stefani says about starting the perfume line:

"Creating a fragrance is one of the most prestigious things a designer can do," said Stefani. "For me it's like another thing you can wear and another thing I can creatively be a part of."
