Matt Damon Is A Lifesaver.

Literally. US Weekly reports that while filming the Good Shepherd, Matt saved his co-star's life. In the movie, Mark Ivanir was playing a KGB agent who was being tortured in one scene.

Ivanir says: "Matt told me, 'We should have a warning sign if you feel like you're really in danger. You really could get hurt with that mask suffocating your face. Sure enough, if Matt hadn't thought of an alert to stop filming, I really would have passed out and died. It would have been great publicity for the film, but not so good for my career!"

The Matthew McConaughey Hour at Glitter and Gossip

Yeah! This guy can clean up - and he does it well. People magazine provides this photographic proof that Matthew McConaughey can wear not just a shirt, but pants, a jacket and a belt, too. He donned this ensemble to promote "We Are Marshall" at the CBS Early Show on Tuesday.

Who's the smiley chick behind him?

And who knew that Matt Damon (a) could do a Matthew McConaughey impression and (b) that he was this funny. Thanks to Jossip for the lead on this one:
