Lindsay Lohan got herself a new best friend - it's Rumer Willis, daughter to Demi Moore and Bruce Willis and stepdaughter to Ashton Kutcher.

I wonder what Rumer's Stepdad thinks about this friendship - since his costar on That 70's Show, Wilmer Valderrama, dated Lohan for quite awhile. Shouldn't he know that Lindsay might not be the best influence on his little girl?
