New Mellencamp Album Releases Soon

John Mellencamp (you know there's no Cougar anymore, right?) has a new album releasing on January 23, 2007, called Freedom's Road, has 10 tracks.

According to his official website, this is Mellencamp's first album in five years to have new material. The website also offers a listen to one of the songs from the album, Our Country, and you can watch the video for the song.

I have a feeling there are lots of people looking forward to this one! I just hope that none of them still drive a Trans Am.
