It's Official: Patrick Dempsey and Wife Welcome Twin Boys

Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian, welcomed their twin boys today. The babies, named Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, were born in Los Angeles and join big sister, 4-year-old Talula.

Dempsey, 41, is best known for his role as Derek "Dr. McDreamy" Shepherd on the popular drama, Grey's Anatomy. He also recently starred in the movie Freedom Writers and is well known for his role in the movie Can't Buy Me Love.

The couple met in 1994 when he visited her salon for a haircut. They married in 1999.
