A Short Trip to Rehab for Brit

TMZ is providing more details on a story broken by TV's Extra and People magazine - Britney Spears went to rehab. For one day. Actually, not even an entire day, it was less than 25 hours.

Brit went to rehab two days ago at Eric Clapton's Crossroads rehab facility in Antigua. But, she is now on her way back to Los Angeles. The trip was prompted by her friends and family after she has been parading around drunk and puking all over the country.

Does this signal the end for Britney? Is there no coming back from not being able to last more than a day in rehab when it's so clear that she needs it?
