Former bad boy and ex-husband of actress Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen has popped the question to Brooke Mueller, his girlfriend of one year. She is a real estate investor, and reportedly is now the proud recipient of a engagement ring worth a half-mil.

Charlie and his ex-wife, Denise, share custody of their two daughters, Lola (2) and Sam (3). Denise was the first one to semi-tame Charlie and his bad-boy ways. Let's hope Brooke fares a bit better.

The 43-year-old star, who resides with his dog Sparky, told OK! about his prized possession — a vintage red Corvette — his home renovations, and his reluctance to get back into the dating scene. “I’ve got friends that want to set me up. I’m not big on blind dating,” he tells OK!. “A friend of mine told me to check out this dating service. I would be so embarrassed to have my picture and bio on a dating service!”

SNL's Chris Kattan Engaged

Since we've already had a marriage and a divorce reported today, I guess an engagement announcement was inevitable. This time it's Chris Kattan, formerly of SNL fame. He is engaged to model Sunshine Tutt after a Christmas Eve proposal, according to People magazine. They have been dating since Spring 2005.

Here's what the funny guy had to say about the proposal:

"Originally I was going to do something very special," Kattan tells PEOPLE. "I tried to get Bono of U2 to serenade her. That didn't happen. Then I asked Justin Timberlake. No answer. After hundreds of phone calls and text messages, I finally ended up asking one of the members of the group Hanson. He didn't want to get involved."

You can look forward to seeing Kattan in this summer's Nancy Drew movie and on the reality show Food Fight in the spring, where he with Eva Longoria and Charlie Sheen.
