Where Are They Now: Top Chef Edition

We all know Ilan won Top Chef (yawn) but one of the most fun contestants on the show has found a bit of success too, according to New York magazine's Grub Street.

Josie Malave was voted off the show in the early weeks, but now she has been named Executive Chef at the Island Café Bar and Lounge. She was previously a sous chef at Marlow & Sons. Here's what Grub Street has to say about her new gig:

The two-floor, 220-seater, set to open in March, will serve locally farmed, Mediterranean-themed tapas. We believe Malave when she tells us that she’s "actually happy" to have escaped Top Chef when she did.

Game show fans will be happy to know that Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! have both been renewed through the 2011-12 season. But the one I'm most excited about is the news that Bravo will be bringing back Top Chef for a third season. Love that show. Now if we could just find out what's happening with Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen, I'd be set.
