Isaiah Washington Apologizes

He speaks. Isaiah Washington, who plays Dr. Burke on the popular television show Grey's Anatomy, released a statement yesterday, apologizing for his behavior as of late. As we reported recently, he's been causing some problems lately on the Grey's Anatomy set.

"I sincerely regret my actions and the unfortunate use of words during the recent incident on-set," Washington, 43, says in the statement. "Both are beneath my own personal standards. … I have nothing but respect for my coworkers … and have apologized personally to everyone involved."
