People magazine shares this picture of Katie Holmes playing the not-so-evil (that we know of) Stepmother to Tom Cruise's son Connor and Cruise's daughter Isabells. This picture was taken on Holmes' 28th birthday on Sunday, when she and the kids delivered presents and a tree to a needy family in East Los Angeles.
