TMZ Catches Eddie in a Lie

Uh-oh. With a big new movie coming out (Dreamgirls), a new girlfriend and a pregnant ex-girlfriend, all Eddie Murphy needs is more press, right? Well, whether he wants it or not, he's getting it! Yesterday, Eddie was accused of saying that he was not sure that former Spice Girl Mel B's baby was his. Then, in damage control mode, his reps denied that he made the statement. Enter TMZ.

TMZ found footage of Murphy making the statement and have gleefully posted it, stating: "Just one day after Eddie Murphy's rep lied by denying the fact that his client made comments on a Dutch TV show questioning the paternity of former Spice Girl Melanie B.'s unborn child, TMZ has confirmed the existence of the tape and obtained the footage."
