A Vacationing Tara Reid

OK, before we blast the outfit, in her defense, actress Tara Reid was vacationing in St. Barts this weekend, so presumably there's a beach involved. If not, we might have serious problems with her outfit. That being said, she looks happy, so in the spirit of the holidays, we're going to leave well enough alone.
