Lindsay Lohan Back Clubbing Already

Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder if the girl can just chill for a day. Actress Lindsay Lohan was back out clubhopping in Hollywood on Friday night, only a DAY after having an appendectomy. At least her requisite bottle of "water" is missing.
