Is Britney the Next Anna Nicole?

I know we joke about Britney here at the Glitter and Gossip offices, but she seems to been careening out of control lately. The trip to rehab for a day, the partying, the tattoos, the head shaving and now another less-than-24-hours trip to rehab are all scary indications of what may be in Britney's future.

People tells us that Britney went to Promises in Malibu, which is sort of the rehab to the stars. She checked out a day later, against the advice of the rehab center staff. A radio report said she was originally supposed to stay for 45 days.
