Jillian Michaels is Back

Just in time for bikini season, superstar trainer Jillian Michaels from NBC's The Biggest Loser has released her newest book, Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You. In it, she lets us in on her secrets to helping her star clients slim down. Her former clients include Amanda Peet and Amber Tamblyn.

Jillian says, "When you want to get extremely lean, cut out carbs for seven days." To get rid of bloat? "Drink 80 to 100 ounces of water a day. Dandelion tea and asparagus are also natural diuretics." And when it comes to exercise, she said that adding high-intensity intervals (like one-minute sprints, for example) to your regular cardio routine is a sure-fire way to burn more calories.

You'll also:
• identify your unique body type and metabolic makeup (are you a fast, slow, or balanced oxidizer?) and customize a diet plan that is perfect for you
•learn mental techniques that greatly enhance your self-confidence and sharpen your focus on success
• develop your strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance to levels that exceed anything you ever previously attained—or would have thought possible

Now if only there was someone to do the work-outs for us...
