And if you're keeping track, this would make baby no. 5. The Grey's Anatomy actor let the news casually slip during a recent interview with Ann Curry on the Today Show. Ann asked about the couple's four kids and he said there's "another on the way," and exchange high-fives with Anne.

"Yeah, we're just starting to figure out how it works. I think I know why this is happening, but we're really excited about it," he joked.

Chris has been married to his wife Caroline Fentress since 1997. Their four kids are Lily, Chip, Charlie and Finley, ages 7 to 16 months.
