Jonze directed Diaz in Being John Malkovich, and the actress is said to have irritated Coppola so much that she inspired the obnoxious, ditzy blonde character, Kelly, in Coppola's film Lost In Translation.

Looks like that recent appearance on Ugly Betty got Lucy Lui thinking about returning full-time to television. She has just signed on to star in a new ABC drama produced by Darren Star, Cashmere Mafia. The show will center on four female executives in New York. Lucy's costars include Frances O'Connor and Miranda Otto.

Lucy is no stranger to appearing on television shows. You may remember she was a cast regular on Ally McBeal. She is also known for her work on Charlies' Angels with Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz.

Jennifer Aniston reached out to former husband Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie after the death of Angelina’s mom, Marcheline Bertrand. She sent the couple a note offering her condolences, a gesture that touched Brad and paved the way for the former lovers to reconnect. “Jen was deeply moved by the suffering Brad and Angelina were going through,” a friend of the actress tells OK!. “Having been through a medical crisis with her own father last summer, Jen was able to relate on a very personal level to the pain of losing a parent you love.” With her own life on the right track (there have been signs she may reconcile with ex-boyfriend Vince Vaughn) Jen seems okay with the notion of finally being friends again with Brad.

People reporst that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz had a little reunion at West Hollywood's Whiskey Bar in the Sunset Marquis Hotel. JT was there with Martin Scorsese and others when Cameron arrived around 1 a.m. She didn't join JT's table, but he went over to talk to her. A witness said: "They weren't kissing or holding hands or anything, but they were being very friendly."

And, they left together. You know, there's a reason that someone wrote a song called Breaking Up is Hard to Do.

Don't you hate it when you run into your ex at a huge Hollywood awards gala? Ugh, me too. It happened recently to Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz. According to People, the two were both at Prince's Golden Globes afterparty. Ater chatting politely at InStyle's party, they got in fight when JT was talking to Jessica Biel and Cameron approached. They had a little spat, then Diaz walked away and Justin followed her. Then an "intense 40-minute face-off in a side room" ensued.

The fight ended with Cameron calmly walking away and Justin holding his head in his hands and slamming his fist down into a cabinent. If he needs any consoling, I am soooo here for him....

Awkward Moment? Nah!

With that many people in the auditorium for the Golden Globes, there's security in numbers and maybe the celebrity exes won't run into each other. Exes Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are there with their spouses. Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz, only days broken up, are both there. Sure to be an interesting night.
