Jeffrey Takes Top Prize on Project Runway

Even though he broke two rules (being slightly over budget, and not having a receipt for minor work that was done), last night Jeffrey Sebelia went on to win Project Runway. Heidi Klum called his designs “innovative, cohesive, and it really showed your range.” He undeniably grew the most from the 15 contestants and quickly became the one fans loved to hate.

So what does the 36-year-old designer win? Sebelia receives $100,000 in seed money to help launch his own fashion line and a mentorship with I.N.C. International Concepts (a division of Macy's). He lives in Los Angeles with his girlfriend and 2-year-old son, Harrison.
