MIAMI:
• Lindsay Lohan has been snapped chilling poolside at the Delano Hotel, so it's only fitting that she's set to party at the South Beach hot spot alongside celebs such as Michelle Trachtenberg, Taye Diggs, Kimberly Stewart, Maxwell and Sofia Vergara.
• At Mansion, DJ AM, Travis Barker and Lohan's ex Wilmer Valderrama will reign over the festivities. As Valderrama tells PEOPLE, "What's a better way to celebrate a great year than coming to Mansion?"
• Jared Leto will helm the party at the Raleigh Hotel, owned by Uma Thurman's beau Andre Balazs, where guests can mingle in an open-air beachfront bar.
• Luke Wilson, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Robert Iler and Tyson Beckford will celebrate at Skybar as rapper Q-Tip plays emcee.
• At Setai, Jessica Alba, Haylie Duff and The O.C.'s Benjamin McKenzie will host a poolside soiree with sounds by celeb DJ Steve Aoki.
• Adrian Grenier plays a movie star on Entourage, but he'll be playing rock star at the Hotel Victor when he performs with his band the Honey Brothers.
• Ludacris will rock a party at Social Miami at the Sagamore Hotel hosted by Venus and Serena Williams.
LAS VEGAS:
• Talk about out with the old: Britney Spears will usher in the New Year with a bash at Caesars Palace's PURE nightclub – the backdrop for Kevin Federline's "Lose Control" video. Ouch!
• Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden will take over the deejay booth at Ghostbar on the 55th floor of the Palms Casino Resort. Will new squeeze Nicole Richie be there to kiss him at midnight?
• Battle of the exes: Pamela Anderson will host a bash at Tao at the Venetian while her soon-to-be ex-husband Kid Rock parties across the street at The Mirage's Jet nightclub – and first husband Tommy Lee performs with Rock Star: Supernova at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
• As he did in 2005, Vince Vaughn will bring his Wild West Comedy tour to Mandalay Bay. This year, John Favreau will join him onstage to mark the 10-year anniversary of Swingers, the movie that made them famous. "Vegas, Baby!"
NEW YORK CITY:
• In Times Square, Carson Daly will count down to midnight on NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly, featuring a performance by rockers Panic! At the Disco, while Christina Aguilera belts in the New Year for ABC's Ryan Seacrest-hosted Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve (Fergie, Natasha Bedingfield and Meat Loaf are also slated to perform).
• After her Times Square show, Aguilera will head over to the Hudson Hotel to guest host a party co-sponsored by Heineken (her husband, Jordan Bratman, already requested eight cases Heineken Light).
• Mira Sorvino will party with The Sopranos' Federico Castelluccio as well as Elias Koteas, Caroline Rhea and ... her dad, Paul Sorvino, at Nikki Beach Midtown.
• The ultra-exclusive Room Service will open its doors for a bash hosted by MTV'S Damien Fahey. Revelers can reserve one of the nine private suites complete with leather couches, a mini-fridge, a plasma TV and DVD player, and a concierge. Come 3 a.m. guests will even be served a gourmet breakfast. Now that's service!
"As some of you know, today is my 31st birthday. I'll spend it quietly with family and friends, but Elin and I have more exciting news to share: We are expecting our first child together this summer. Obviously, we couldn't be happier and our families are thrilled. I have always wanted to be a dad. I just wish my father could be around to share the experience."

BRITNEY SPEARS
Her desperate search for love
The party isn't over for Britney Spears, who's been clubbing nonstop for the past month. Ever since the November announcement of her impending divorce from estranged husband Kevin Federline, Britney's been out on the town. She was most recently spotted at Les Deux in Hollywood, knocking back drinks and dancing on tables. But Britney's new wild ways may be the singer's attempt at masking her real desire: to find a loving and caring man. 'Deep down she's lonely," a close friend of Britney tells OK!. "She doesn't like being single, and by going out every evening shes hoping she may find someone who loves her...."
NICOLE AND KEITH
The cutie couple says "I do" for a second time
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban plan to start the new year off right. Now that Keith has completed his stint in rehab for alcohol abuse, the couple is planning to renew their vows in a tropical paradise. Their private ceremony will take place on the Caribbean island of St. John, at the home of their pal country singer Kenny Chesney. "They both agree that the second time is the charm," a friend of Keith tells OK!. "It's a gorgeous place - romantic as it gets - and the perfect location for a second wedding and honeymoon."
BRAD AND ANGELINA
What does 2007 have in store for the globe-trotting duo?
Brad and Ange easily claimed the hottest-celeb-couple crown in 2006. It's a title they won’t relinquish in '07. Caroline Kepnes, a respected film critic and screenwriter, tells OK! that people are drawn to them because they represent the perfect pair. So will America's favorite sweethearts finally tie the knot in the new year? According to Brad and Angelina themselves, there's no rush to get hitched. "We both have been married before, so it's not marriage that's kept some people together," says Angelina. "We are legally bound to our children, not to each other, and I think that’s the most important thing."
RENEE ZELLWEGER
The once-married superstar hasn't given up on love
Renee Zellweger is back on screen in Miss Potter, which tells the story of real-life children's author Beatrix Potter. Even though her marriage to country singer Kenny Chesney faltered after four months, Renee still has high hopes for finding true love. "My parents have been married for 45 years, so I can't help but believe in it," says Renee. "I've watched it. I've seen it work."

"I eat really healthy, I love Japanese food, lots of fish, any sort of fish, any sort of vegetable, lots of fruit, that kind of thing," said Beckham, the former Posh Spice, during an appearance recently on the BBC Radio program "Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Christmas Lunch."
"All of the girls – I know quite a few models and they actually eat, they're just naturally thin girls. And just because you're thin it doesn't mean you have an eating disorder. What is more of a concern is the age of the girls. Some of the girls on the catwalk are 13 years old and that is more worrying to me than the size of the girl, to be honest."

"As Britney keeps losing her identity and credibility within fans and industry people, so is WoB (World of Britney)... I believe Britney is unfortunately done (for me at least). No matter what anyone thinks or how they may disagree, it's very hard to maintain the respect needed to keep things going."

"I've been working with an amazing clothing company called Ishkadada ... It's going to premiere in Spring of '08 and I'm doing their women's line ... They are fusing new fabrics and new technology into their clothing and into innovative designs and versatility … my friend Dara Young who used to design for Betsy Johnson, it's her company and I couldn't have met a better person. She is business partners with Michelle Rodriguez (of Lost)... before I went on the show I was ... doing it all myself right now I get to focus on what I do best which is design and sketch and drape.
