Nicole Richie Heads Off To Skinny Camp

Nicole Richie's publicist reveals that she has entered an undisclosed private facilty "to undergo diagnostic treatment to determine why she's not been putting on any weight." So I guess by "diagnostic treatment" he means a rehab program. And by "not putting on any weight" he means anorexia. Is it just me?
