Why, Jessica? Why?

I thought she was past this stage. She said she didn't like her lips all poofy, and then what does she go do? She goes and gets poofy lips again. Does she not know that (a) it looks creepy and (b) it looks painful? Why on earth would she do this to herself? Is this Exhibit B in the Rise and Fall of the Simpson Empire? (Exhibit A would be the first time she had freakish lips).
