People reports that Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo is engaged to her boyfriend of three years, record producer Chris Ivery. He proposed Friday, on her 37th birthday "with a 3.5-carat emerald-cut diamond in a platinum setting from jewelry designer Tacori."
