Blame Paris for Nicole's DUI

All I know is that when people hang out with Paris Hilton, they make really bad decisions. Case in point - Nicole Richie was arrested for a DUI early Monday morning. See? She was going the wrong way on Highway 134 in her 2005 black Mercedes SUV. Two people called 911 to report it. When the CHP got there, Richie was stopped, facing the right direction in a carpool lane in Burbank. People magazine confirmed the arrest with the CHP.

Richie was cooperative while being booked in Glendale. The most frightening part of the whole thing (well, other than the fact that she was driving drunk) is there her book sheet says she is 5'1" and 85 lbs. With bail set at $15,000, she was released at 7 a.m.
