Brandy Might Be Charged in Connection with Car Accident
As we reported last week, Brandy was recently involved in a fatal car accident and an apparent cover up of the accident, since the press didn't report it for weeks. Now AP reports that today the California Highway Patrol recommended that Brandy "be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a freeway crash that killed a woman motorist last month, a city attorney's spokesman said."We'll keep an eye out and see if the City Attorney decides to press charges.

I don't think Brandy will do any time in the pokie. Rebecca Gayheart aka Mrs. McSteamy hit a child while he was crossing the street because she was too impatient to wait behind the car stopped at the crosswalk, drove around and killed the poor kid. She got away with it.
Since Brandy didn't directly hit the person but was the cause, I believe she might get some leniency.
