It's Nearly Official: Sara Evans' Divorce

The papers have been filed, now they just await the judge's signature. It's the final piece to ending the marriage between country singer and Dancing with the Stars contestant Sara Evans and her husband, Craig Schelske.

TV's Extra obtained a copy of the legal papers, and they stipulate: "The Mother and Father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced. They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

They go on to state regarding Craig that it "is unknown if he is gainfully employed, while "Mother's gross monthly income is approximately $101,518."

Sara filed for divorce back in October, charging her husband with adultery and pornography use.

Sara Evans to Make One Appearance with Dancing with the Stars

Sara Evans has been laying low lately, going through a nasty divorce from her husband, Craig Schelske. Her fans in the Nashville area will be happy to know that she is going to make one appearance with the Dancing with the Stars tour when it hits the area on January 21.

"I can't wait to see everyone again and be a part of the show," Sara, 35, said in a recent statement. "Hopefully there will be some down time so I can take them to some of my favorite places in Nashville."

Her and her soon-to-be-ex-husband have three kids.

Also on the Dancing With Stars tour are celebs from past seasons, including Drew Lachey, Harry Hamlin, Joey Lawrence, Joey McIntyre, Lisa Rinna and Jerry Springer and their professional dancer partners.

As previously reported, Willa Ford and her dance partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, pulled out of the tour.
