Is Britney Spears Dating Again?

Popstar Britney Spears was out and about over the weekend, and it looks like she might have finally calmed down a bit. Fully clothed, no wine glasses in hand, and thankfully, no Paris Hilton. What more could we want?

She was spotted with this mystery man, who was identified as music producer Jonathan "J.R." Rotem. The pair spent some time at The Grove shopping mall in Hollywood yesterday - a perfect weekend activity for her.

Rotem is reported to being working with Britney on her newest album, to be released next year. The two appear to be a bit cozier than that, as there were also photos of them smooching.
